Many are close, 15-25g of sugar with a modest protein bump. A ratio under ~1 means more sugar than protein, a candy bar with a protein claim. A genuinely lean bar is 3x or more.
At least 15-20g per bar with single-digit sugar. Per 100g, strong is ~30g+ protein and under 10g sugar. Watch calories too, some are 250+.
